Attention Belarusian citizens!
By previous appointment (tel. +370 5 213 33 22) Belarusian citizens may receive a variety of documents: citizenships, consular register, legal assistance, notarial services, vital statistics and apply for permanent residence outside of Belarus.

 

The Consular Section works every day (exclude weekends and public holidays of The Republic of Belarus) and has the following schedule:

 

Monday-Friday

 

Working hours with the accredited tourism organizations, representatives of the Belarusian association, the state and public organizations of the Lithuanian Republic: 8.30.a.m. – 10.a.m.

 

Put in an application for visa: 10 a.m. – 13 p.m. 

Pick up for a visa: 14.00 p.m. -16.00 p.m.

There is no reception of the visitors on the last working day of the month!

Visa application form should be filled in on the computer.
Filling up the Visa application form in the Consular Section of the Embassy is not be allowed!
You may click here to download a blank application form. Handwritten forms will not be accepted. Please remember to print out the completed application form once finished and sign where appropriate.
The Consular Section is not responsible for information received from other websites.
NB: documents issued by the competent authorities of a foreign State, (except identity documents) are accepted by obtaining apostille or legalization, unless otherwise noted by the legislation on administrative procedures and international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
Documents prepared on the foreign language should contain notarized translation on Belarusian or Russian languages.
The consular fee is paid only in cash in the Consular Section of the Embassy.
Under the administrative procedures citizens may obtain additionally copies of documents.
