Validity of documents

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus on November 25, 2020, it was established that in order to reduce the administrative burden on legal persons and individuals, including individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter ‑ interested parties), during the implementation of measures for the prevention of COVID-19:

- the validity of certificates and other documents issued to interested parties, including during the implementation of administrative procedures, is extended by six months if the validity of such certificates and other documents has expired (expires) from November 10, 2020 to May 10, 2021;

- the issuance of certificates and other documents based on applications from interested parties submitted to state bodies and other organizations before the entry into force of this Decree is carried out in the manner that was in force before the entry into force of this Decree.

The list of certificates and other documents specified in paragraph two of clause 1 of this Decree will be determined by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

This Decree does not apply to cases when the validity of certificates and other documents issued to interested parties has been terminated (certificates and documents have been canceled) by state bodies and other organizations before the entry into force of this Decree. The decree comes into force after its official publication and extended to relations arisen from November 10, 2020.
